David Nilssen

 

David Nilssen is a distinguished entrepreneur and business leader with a significant impact on global talent acquisition and small business financing. He is the CEO of DOXA Talent, a company that assists businesses in building and scaling high-performing, borderless teams by leveraging global talent. Under his leadership, DOXA Talent has expanded its operations across Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, and Latin America, emphasizing a people-first approach that prioritizes the growth and success of team members, clients, and the community. 

Prior to founding DOXA Talent, Nilssen co-founded Guidant Financial, an industry leader in small business financing. Through Guidant Financial, he has helped over 30,000 entrepreneurs secure more than $7 billion to start or buy businesses across the United States. His efforts have been recognized by the U.S. Small Business Administration, which named him the National Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2007. 

Nilssen is also an active member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO), serving on its Global Board of Directors. In this role, he contributes to EO's mission of supporting entrepreneurs worldwide through shared experiences and collaborative learning. 

As an author, Nilssen has shared his insights on entrepreneurship and business leadership. His upcoming book, "The Borderless Leader," set to release in 2024, addresses accelerating business trends and the necessity for companies to adapt swiftly to remain competitive.
