Onboarding Steps for New Members

New members are encouraged to engage early and often with their local chapters. Typical onboarding steps include: 

 

 Attend Chapter Orientation : Get an overview of EO’s values, structure, and opportunities. 

 Complete Forum Training : Participate in training sessions to prepare for joining a Forum. 

 Connect with a Navigator : A designated mentor who helps new members navigate EO’s resources and structure. 

 Join Chapter Events : Start building relationships by attending local and regional events.
