 Your mission 

 As a Forum chair, your mission is to  build vitality and  health  within your chapter's Forums. 

 To accomplish this, you will work to ensure that every member wishing to participate has  access  to the experience of Forum through  training ,  placement  and  moderator management . You will have member success  conversations  focused on the Forum journey to bring member value.  

   

 Why is this important? 

 82 percent of members cited the quality of their Forum experience as the primary reason for continuing their EO membership. You are the Forum advocate on your chapter board for every chapter member!
