As a Forum chair, your mission is to **build vitality and health** within your chapter's Forums.

To accomplish this, you will work to ensure that every member wishing to participate has **access** to the experience of Forum through **training**, **placement** and **moderator management**. You will have member success **conversations** focused on the Forum journey to bring member value.
